Condition: I love Eversharp utility pencils these with the bullet top cap are not very common. This very attractive pencil is pre-owned and in exceptionally clean condition. The blue body and pearl yellow cap are exceptionally clean with just very light micro-scratches. No dents, dings, chips, cracks, wear or damage. Exceptional color. No personalization. Exceptionally clean chrome clip and band with no wear or brassing. There is some brassing on the tip. The pencil has an eraser under cap, lead in it, and works perfect
