I bought this New and only used it about 7 months before my wife decided she did not want to drive a mini van anymore.  The Charger is in Great shape and charges well.  

This charger is also compatible with most electric vehicles and adheres to the executive standard of Mode 2/TYPE1 (SAE J1772 North American standard)  I put the paper work in a safe place so safe that I can not find it.  I will if found forward it to the winner of this auction.  But it is really straight forward Plug it into a 220 socket and turn it on and plug it into your car. 
Easy to install just Screw Plate to wall and attach unit.  Or you can bring it with you if 220 is available where you travel too.
I am pretty sure shipping will cost more that the $16.20 
dollars I am charging however if it is less I will refund the difference.  The time to buy this is when you see it will not last long.
