Directions
To prepare this powerful herbal decoction, add 1 tablespoon of dried herbs to about 5 cups of water in a pot.
- Bring the water to a boil, then simmer for 10-30 minutes (longer for a stronger brew).
- Strain and cool to a comfortable drinking temperature.
- Add honey if desired while it's warm.
