PAYMENT
If you require an invoice for your purchase or would like combined shipping, simply email us before paying, Payment should be received within three days of purchase. If item is not paid for within 4 days, it will be canceled and you may receive a penalty from eBay.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
We are open Monday-Fridays from 9am-5pm EST, we typically ship and answer all our questions during these times. All items will be packaged and promptly shipped within 1-2 business days of cleared payment. If you need a quicker shipment than priority mail, contact us about a shipping upgrade.
Returns are easy. Most items have a 14 - 30 day return policy with the exception of collectibles, currency, and As Is & Parts/repair items. Simply open a return request and we can get you taken care of. Please note that item must be shipped back in the condition you received it in. If item is damaged, missing pieces or beyond repair, or in a different condition to how it was shipped out, a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
