I received this recently in a large order of Erzgebirge wooden wood ornaments & figures from Germany. This small ornament depicts a yellow chick choir singer musical with a song sheet. It is seated on a green disc base. This ornament would be great for Easter or anytime. This vintage Otto Ulbricht Germany ornament is from the 1960's, but it's not labelled on the bottom/hang string. It is pictured in a 1965 Otto Ulbricht catalog-item #290/18 (part of a 5 piece set). It is about 1 1/4" tall. It's in very nice vintage condition with little to no paint loss/crazing, color rubs, wear marks, and imperfections in the wood & paint finish from being a hand crafted item. Some minor paint chips noted on the blue part of the song sheet and the green disc-please view all pictures. This can be a free standing piece as well. Super sweet & detailed-this would be great for your vintage Easter decorating!
