Comes as shown. I tested this with several songs with the main mic, worked fine. Contacts may need to electronics contact cleaner (at first rca port was jittery, but I cleaned them and it worked fine).
NOTE: the other mic turns on, but its in a language I cant understand, so I am not sure how to pair that, or if its compatible. Consider it a nonworking gift accessory since I cannot understand how to make it work, but the main mic works.
