In the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please note that all shipments are insured. A refund will be issued after a successful claim is filed and completed through both eBay and the appropriate shipping carrier.
To begin the claim process, the damaged item must be returned to us in its original packaging.
All returns must be shipped using an official eBay-provided return shipping label. We cannot process or initiate a claim without receiving the returned item.
We will only ship to the address provided at checkout via eBay. We will not ship to alternate or secondary addresses, even if requested, as this is against eBay's shipping policies.
