I believe the assembly number is 2101021. It is a FOB reader that works with Elite Entry access systems. Below the Elite Entry circuit board is an HID Miniprox reader part number 5365CBT00 from the 5365 series of readers. The unit is tan but has some discoloration/dirt from being outside. I have a few metal enclosures and mounting brackets that I can sell separately- please send me a message if you are interested and I can send images.
