Rosemary
Rosemary essential oil has stimulating and analgesic properties, making it an excellent treatment for overworked, tired or stiff joints. It is also an effective pain relief for rheumatoid and arthritic pain.
Maritime Pine
Rich in antioxidants, it relieves muscular aches and pains from over-exertion whilst improving the overall appearance of skin.
Bladderwrack Algae
Bladderwrack is a brown seaweed also known as Fucus Vesiculosus. It is rich in minerals and trace elements and has powerful moisturising properties.
How to Use
For best results, use 2 sachets a week. Not suitable for use during pregnancy or when breastfeeding.
Step 1
Empty one sachet whilst filling the bath with warm water at body temperature.
Step 2
Soak in the bath and concentrate on abdominal breathing for 15-2 minutes.
