PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Description:

This threader is suitable forcutting ,threading and reaming 1/2"-2" in water ,elctricity and gas pipes. Besides having dexterous and compact structure,artistic appearance ,simple operation and high efficiency, it is characterized by an automatic profiling device ,a dependable clamping apparatus and a distinctive oilling system. Therefore,if adopting the threader,you would assure to prolong the life of dies,protect the pipe from deformation and slipping,and obtain a high quality standard taper pipe thread. It is an ideal machine for raising efficiency ,ensuring quality of projects and reducing labour intensity in pipe installation. It has been widely applied in installing and building industries.


Construction:

The machine is mainly made up of the high strengh cast aluminium alloy and the qulity grey cast iron(HT20~40),so that it is light in weight but strong in service. There are a die head, a reamer and a cutter on the carriage being moved along support bars ,and a motor,a gear box and an oil pump mounted inside the head.
