How to Use:
1. Mix flour and water (or vegetable juice, water, fruit juice, egg), a recommended ratio of 3:1 to 4:1.
2. Shape the flour into a soft dough and let it rise for about 20 minutes.
3. Cut the dough into slices, or crush it into small pieces and flatten it with your hands.
4. Pull out the cutter head and adjust the dough roller to the fourth level.
5. Put the dough into the machine and press it, and you can sprinkle some dry flour to prevent it from sticking.
6. Repeat the pressing process, and keep turning down the gear until it reaches the desired thickness.
7. Fit the cutter head with the required width.
8. Sprinkle dry flour evenly on the surface of the dough, put it into the machine, and start to press the noodles, the noodles will be pressed out slowly from the outlet.
9. Noodles are ready.

- When you install the motor: ①please place the motor into the slot track on the right side of the base plate and push it forward; ②Plug in the power supply, make the motor connecting shaft and host hole alignment and turn on the motor to push forward; ③When the motor and the host are installed together, please press down the snap to fix them. ④When disassembling the motor, please lift the buckle up and out.
