Take on siding, fiber cement, Hardie board, and shower backer board at a rate of up to 18 feet per minute. The lightweight 4.7-pound design combines with the lock-on power switch to limit fatigue during operation. The included reversible steel blades handle up to 20,000 linear feet of cutting per set before needing to be replaced. The pressure-sensitive trigger adjusts the speed of the cut anywhere from 0 to 2500 strokes per minute, depending on the force applied. The pivoting head rotates a full 360 degrees, allowing you to cut at any angle or direction without having to have an awkward or uncomfortable hold on the shear's handle
