This is made from 1.5mm 304 Stainless Steel. It has been rumbled to make it smooth and give it an abraded surface that also helps give a better seal, plus removes all sharp edges. Slotted, so is easy to fit, and pictures show where it fits.
It gives a cleaner pickup at lower revs, because it blocks the exhaust gas being recycled.
Freelander's can be blocked fully up to late 2009. 2010 on they are Euro5 so it will put the EML on (they use different software to Fords). I also list it with a hole in (Item number 121319282772).

Jaguar XJ (X351) 2009 MODOL ON . (will not fit the later Ingenium 2.0L engine).
Easy to fit blanking plate, fits between EGR valve and exhaust gas recirculate pipe and there is no need to remove EGR or recirculate pipe to fit, 5 /10 minute job. Remove the engine cover Just undo the two nuts( but not take of), slip the plate in, and re-tighten the nuts. There is not always a gasket fitted from new.
Benefits of blocking EGR:
Will NOT fit 2.0 L-Series engine. Will also not fit the BMW engines.
Note this is for diesel only, not petrol
