Payment and Ordering:
This will ship FedEx or USPS.
We process orders based on when they were received and
paid. We also sell in store and on our
website, so we are diligently working to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Due to an increase in orders and staff shortages, processing
and shipping times have increased. We are currently shipping between 14-21 business days after payment.
Occasionally it might take longer. You should receive a
tracking number along with other important information when your panels have
shipped.
We ship to the continental 48 United
States, HI, AK and PR.
Due to freight carrier restrictions, we cannot guarantee that the
freight carrier will be able to deliver to an address in a rural area. This
includes but is not limited to areas with dirt roads, gravel roads, and long
driveways with limited access.
RETURNS:
At SanTan Solar, we work hard to ensure a positive shopping experience with us. For purchases made directly from our online store, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products with the original package within 60 days if they are undamaged and unmodified. We cannot guarantee that your item will be accepted for a refund or exchange if it does not meet these requirements. Other extenuating circumstances require special authorization. SanTan Solar will pay the shipping costs of the returned item(s) for the following reasons: carrier damage, defective product, product inconsistent with advertisements, incorrect product received, or for any extra products you did not order. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. *Please Note: SanTan Solar will not accept returns with product modifications as it voids our warranty policy. Any modified products received will be returned to you at your expense.
