Up for sale is a classic 30-part dough divider manufactured by Eberhardt & Rösler (E.R.), a high-end German brand known for durable commercial bakery equipment.

This unit has been tested and runs properly. It was recently powered up and confirmed to function as it should. It will need cosmetic TLC and repainting if you want it showroom-ready, but mechanically it’s in working order. Does have dome rust spots to still be sanded
