Make the claim:

When a claim is received, our customer service team will consider each claim on a case by case basis and if required, photo of proof may be requested by us to complete the claim. In the event where GarageDIY requires faulty products to be sent back to us, we will pay for the return postage fees. We are committed to a very high level of customer service and your full satisfaction so please contact prior to leaving any unnecessary feedback.

Warranty period commences on the date the payment is fully received by GarageDIY. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase incase you need to make a claim.

Parts sold are intended to be fitted by a professional only. GarageDIY will not provide a refund, replacement, exchange or resend under these conditions:

• Product was damaged by using it in a way it was not intended to be.
• Product was stolen or damaged due to wear and tear.
• You have had the defect made known to you before you purchased the product.
• You changed your mind and wish to return used,unsalable products which is free from manufacturing defects or faults.
• Claimed product/s are found to be in good working order.
• Faulty products returned in exchange for a higher value product.

If any returned goods are found to be in good working order, GarageDIY reserves the right to seek reimbursement for any costs incurred by us in relation to such goods. In such event, we may hold your goods until payment is received.
