These are the old hat/cap badges of the East German uniformed services. Originally used on the flaps of caps, they can also be used on visor hats. Simply take a 2" piece of stiff wire (like a paper clip) and bend it in half. Thread the button into the wire and push the wire ends through the hat while holding the button flat against the hat. Then, bend the wires inward so they are flat inside the rim of the hat. You're done! You will receive the lot of (20) as shown above.
