Description:

DISTILLERY/BREWERY/IMPORTER/SODA BOTTLER/BUSINESS:  Columbus Physician and Druggists Supply.  Columbus, Ohio.

MEASUREMENTS (APPROXIMATELY):  3 1/4 Inches x 1 3/8 Inches x 8 7/8 Inches Tall (bottle only, not including cork).

CONDITION & COMMENTS:  Bottle is Empty, but does have some dried residue inside.  Paper label does show some expected aging and losses.  BOTTLE HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED.
