Measuring approx. 7" long is this early original solid bronze brass mechanical tongue door knocker. Awesome original patina, when the knocking ring is lifted the tongue of the lion protrudes and withdraws, very unusual characteristic. Appears to be a patented mark on the back, no breaks, view my pics to assess for it is being sold as/is as found. Buyer Pays S/H/I.
