Great for baking or add to your favorite cereal. Sold in a 4 pound resealable bag. This is a whole grain flour. It contains all parts of the corn kernel (germ, endosperm, bran, hull). It is best to store this product in a cool, dry place to insure quality until the best buy date. If you store it in a refrigerator or freezer, it may extend (not guaranteed) its quality past the best buy date. Manufactured in the same facility that also mills wheat, buckwheat, and rye.
