If a RETURN is required, item must be sent in original packaging and the item needs to be received in condition that you received it. If item is not packaged safely and is received in different condition than you received it, a partial or full deduction will be made from refund.
Item(s) are more than adequately packed for shipping (as my reviews show) but there are RARE instances where item(s) arrive broken:
- Refunds will be paid for the price of item(s) only. Shipping costs are not refundable by this store.
- In order for a refund / return to be accepted for a damaged item, I need the following for claims purposes or refund/return will not be granted :
- Photographs of broken item
- Photographs of box as it was received with packaging materials and with label (possibly up to 4 or more photographs which may require several messages since each message is limited to 5 photos).
- All items must be saved until claims process is completed. Notification will be sent when claims processes are completed and items can be disposed of.
