Wear and Tear Policy
The straps are designed for moderate use, but over time they may show signs of wear or unravel due to frequent use. These types of damages are not covered by the warranty and are not grounds for refunds or returns. We recommend proper use to extend the product's lifespan.
The straps can be replaced by the user at any time with other similar ones without affecting the device's performance.
Please note that strap colors are random (black or white), and cannot be selected during purchase.

If you have problems configuring your trackers you can contact me review official documentation of slimevr, also I am not responsible for misconfiguration by the user, that means that you have to have knowledge of the trackers need an excellent signal of wifi 2.4g to function optimally (we recommend wifi router to room with gaming pc for smooth tracking), all trackers are tested before shipping and only replace trackers that arrive dead, which will not be a refund if not a replacement per unit, in a period not exceeding 30 days, requesting it previously.
