This is an early model Dunlop CryBaby 535 Wah pedal, made in 1992 or early 1993, with the four-position knob for selecting different sweep ranges. It also has the Boost selector button and small knob for dialing in up to 11 dB of additional signal gain.
The pedal works great with no scratchiness or other issues. As shown in photos, the case has lots of cosmetic wear, but nothing that affects how the pedal operates.
