Originally concepted for DALA controllers, the DALA handheld programmer is compatible with CURTIS OEM level handheld programmers (1307, 1311-4401, 1313-4401, 1313-4431, 1313-4331, etc.), having full access to all parameters of most CURTIS programmable controllers. Setup language is English.

The DALA DS13C handheld programmer does not work with CURTIS AC F2 controllers.

Overview:


The DALA DS13 / DS13C handheld programmer is a powerful and intuitive programming and diagnostic tool, enabling parameter files to be created and edited online or offline, transferred to another controller for cloning, or saved onto a PC or a mobile device.


The programmer performs comprehensive programming and troubleshooting tasks for all vehicles that use both DALA & CURTIS programmable motor controllers or control systems.


*Please note that the Dala DS13C handheld programmer has a 4 pin square molex connector used for connecting to your wiring harness, using either CAN or UART communication. If your harness has a different connector for the programming port, an adapter (not included) would need to be utilized. (Note, a diagnostic port with the round Tyco connector may not successfully communicate, despite an adapter, and may be best to replace first with the 4-pin square connector before using this programmer).


The DS13C has three connectors: DB9 for communication with controller, USB Type-C for communication with computer/mobile phone, USB Type-A for data transfer via USB flash. The unit has a 2x AA battery compartment on the back side for battery powered operation.
