A lot of toxins released for the first use
I tried the foot patches yesterday the first time in my life. Here is my experience: - After about 5 minutes, I started to feel needles pinching my soles (probably small crystals tried to migrate already). Then I fell asleep. - About 1 hour later I woke up shaking from cold, and I felt that there are a few wires going from my hips toward my feet, and there is some downward flow. My legs were very tired and painful. Then I fell asleep again. - I woke up 4 hours later again to go to the toilet. At this time, I had no more shaking, had no more wires in my legs, just they were overtired, as if I have been overexercised the day before. - Next time I woke up for the day, I was feeling a bit hot. - Then I took off the patches, under the patches became dark and my feet were greasy only under the patches. - All through the day both my nostrils have been open, even now in the evening. My noses are congested for a few weeks now, so it is a great surprise. I suppose there was a lot of toxins to remove, and it was too much for the first time. I still feel the pain on my legs that some work was going on instead of resting during the night. I will wait 2-3 more days to rest a bit and than apply the second patch. I am really curious how I will feel after a few sessions.
