Dotco 989 Replacement Cylinder 12R0400, 401, 10R0400, 401 Pencil Grinders Parts

Not certain if this is new or used.  I have 2 available, both in the same condition.  The body is a bit sticky, i don't know if it's designed that way or indicative that it was used.
