Item Description
DINITROL 538 plus is a primer designed as a pretreatment in replacing polyurethane direct-glazed automotive glass parts and other substrates.

DINITROL 538 plus is a solvent containing, physically and chemical drying black primer which promotes the adhesion between the glass / paint surface and the direct glazing adhesive and acts as a UV protection.

DINITROL 538 plus combines the following functions in one product:

. one-step glass-frit primer

. RIM and pinch weld primer

. long life primer (no reaction within 3 month)

. inhibits rust in small nicks and scratches

. compatible with all DINITROL adhesive systems

Application:

Before use of the primer DINITROL 538 plus shake the bottle thoroughly until paint mixing balls rattle freely. Mix for an additional one minute.

The application of the primer DINITROL 538 plus can be done manually by felt and/or an adequate tool.

Due to its reactivity with moisture, the opened bottle has to be used within a few days. (Recommendation: 3 days).

Please be aware that is courier was attemted to deliver parcel 3 times after it come back to us. In this Case £6 handling fee will be applied and deducted from total refund amount
