*This cable cutter has been tested and is working. It has very profound wear from use. This includes dents, chips, scrapes and signs of rust to both blades. The rest of the tool has scratches, scuffing, paint/ink, discoloration, flaking rubber, adhesive residue, and dust/dirt/grease buildup in difficult-to-clean areas. Cutting at max capacity with the blades in their current condition is not recommended. We are NOT cable cutting experts; make sure this device suits your needs before purchasing.
