Use Method
- Recommended powder to liquid ratio is in an environment temperature of 23℃±1℃ and 50±10% relative humidity blending. As the lining, the powder liquid (mass) ratio is 2.3:1; For repairing, the ratio of powder to liquid (mass) was 2.7:1;
- While mixing, the powder is divided into two parts, half of the powder into the liquid agent to fully reconcile for 10 seconds, into the other half of the powder, fully reconcile, total the time should be less than 30 seconds; Working time is 1 ‘45 “;
- The net curing time is 1.5 - 6min;
- The compressive strength of cement should be ≥100MPa;
- The acid corrosion of cement should be ≤0.17mm;
- The acid solution lead content of cement should be ≤100mg/kg;
- The soluble fluorine: 24h solubility ≤1.0%;
- The remaining teeth or metal surface of the adhesive powder liquid condensation should be promptly wiped with wet cotton ball, otherwise it is not easy to remove;
- Reconcile utensil: glass plate and stainless steel knife, smooth surface requirements.
Attentions
- The powder to liquid ratio should be suitably, less powder will effect the performance of the cement;
- When it is about to set, it will be in an elastic state, and trimming and polishing cannot be carried out. Otherwise, the surface finish will be affected. Polishing can be performed after 24 hours.
- Polishing method: First, grind the uneven surface flat, and then carry out polishing. When polishing, it is advisable to use light pressure and a high speed.
- During clinical use, it is not suitable for deep base lining or pulp capping. In cases such as a too deep cavity, a too thin pulp wall, or suspected pulp exposure, use calcium hydroxide paste for pulp capping first.
- This product does not have X-ray radiopacity.
- This product does not have adhesive properties.
