Most stated shipping charges are to cover shipping via ground service within the contiguous lower 48 United States of America ONLY. We exclusively use UPS / FedEx for shipping except for some of our large items, large servers, and large printers. We do not ship with the post office (USPS), therefore we do not ship to APO or PO Boxes. We do not ship COD. We do not ship outside of the USA or to U.S. territories. We generally ship within 3 business days of receiving your payment. Additional funds are required for shipping to Alaska, and Hawaii since shipment by air is required. We do not discount shipping any further for multiple items orders.

If you received merchandise from us that was damaged during shipment, is defective and carries a warranty, or is not what you ordered, you must contact us through eBay's Messages within 3 days of receiving the package to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Should you have to ship your item back to us, all accessories that were shipped with your item must also be returned in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If the conditions for a refund are not met, we may choose, at our discretion, to accept the return of an item for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee.
