Enterasource offers free FedEx ground shipping in all lower 48 states of the USA. Expedited shipping and international shipping options will use our negotiated rates.
Our operating hours are from Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm PST. All server, storage and networking equipment is built to order and goes through outbound testing & firmware updates prior to shipment. Servers, storage arrays, switches and routers usually ship within 3-5 business days. Components typically ship within 1-2 business days.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during shipping we will offer a refund or replacement of your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping (unless the product is defective). For non-defective items a re-stocking fee may also apply.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
