We will gladly accept returns if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product. There will be a minimum of 15% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please keep in mind that any returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt of the item.

If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please email us immediately in order to obtain an RMA number within 30 days upon the receipt of the item. Damage caused during installation is not considered as product deficiency and will not be covered by warranty. Any returns made without an RMA number will be sent back at the shipper's expense. We will exchange any defective products free of charge. Refunds are not available for defective items.

All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal. Sorry, no cash, COD, or personal checks. Please send your payment to our PayPal account. We only ship to the address confirmed by PayPal. Please make sure you have the correct confirmed address in PayPal before you make a payment.  We refund right away when you have the address not confirmed by PayPal. Payment must be made within 7 days after the close of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, Onlinesound will consider the auction results null and void. California residents please add Sales Tax. Serious bidders only. NPBA warning will be filed non-paying bidders.

Order can be cancelled if not shipped out yet. There is a $9.99 cancellation fee on each cancelled order.

The auction winner pays for shipping via UPS Ground or USPS. A tracking number will be e-mailed upon shipment. This fixed Shipping & Handling charge only applies to residents of the continental U.S. Extra charges will apply for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and PO Boxes. We ship International orders (Canada) via USPS international mail. International customers are responsible for any tariffs.
