The item that I am offering is a brand new authentic DD Ross M1 trigger guard as used on the Marine Corps M40A3 Scout Sniper rifle.  Yes, this is brand new and in stock.  DD Ross Company has produced a small run of these iconic guards and a second run is not scheduled anytime soon.  The guard comes with a set of the correct bolts as provided by DD Ross company.   The last few pictures are of my personal M40A3 with the guard installed.  The rifle is not included int he sale.  The sale is for the trigger guard with the correct mounting bolts. 

Our steel triggerguard, NSN 1005-01-511-8398, provided under our USMC M40A3 contract.One piece floorplate and triggerguard assembly with low profile release latch.All components are fabricated from 4140 hardened steel.Assembly is provided in matte blue finish, with (2) socket head cap screws for torsioning.
