Parameter
- Working voltage: 6.0~40V DC (recommended 6-36V )
- Rated current: 5A
- Module Power consumption: 0.6W (without load motor), static 0.1W
- Signal input: availbe in low-level , input Optocoupler is negative pole. if voltage below 2V that means have signal
- Response speed: K1 K2 are 20mS , SW1 SW2 are 50mS
- Size: 83 * 46 * 20mm / 3.27 * 1.81 * 0.79 inches
- Active life: > 1.5 million times
Forward and Reverse start buttons: K1 / K2 ; Limit Buttons: SW1 / SW2
Self-locking mode:
1- short press K1, the motor starts running forward immediately and stops after SW1 is closed.
2- short press K2, the motor starts running reverse immediately and stops after SW2 is closed.
Inching mode:
1- press and hold K1, the motor starts running forward immediately and stops after SW1 is closed.
2- press and hold K2, the motor starts running forward immediately and stops after SW2 is closed.
1. what's the difference between "inching" mode and "self-locking" mode
self-locking mode: short press the forward switch (k1) , the motor running forward , even you release k1, the motor still running. it will not stop until encounters a reverse signal (k2) or (sw2) .
incing mode: press and hold the forward switch (k1) , the motor running forward, if release the k1, the motor will stop immediately.
2. what are the requirements for the signal ? Can i connect a sensor ?
signal is vaild at low level , it can be connected to three-wire sensors (NPN-NO type), k1 , k2 , k3 are this type.
3. Is the limit signal valid in inching mode ?
valid. such as when k1 is on , motor will run forward , but the SW1 also have signal , it will stop at this time.
