       Foam Kit 1000 is a completely self-contained, 2-component foam system that is portable and disposable. These Quick Cure, Open Cell polyurethane foam insulation kits are perfect for insulating and air sealing. Foam Kit 1000 provides up to one thousand board feet of polyurethane spray foam. Designed for larger insulating, sealing, patching, and filling applications. Complete with color-coded hoses, ergonomic foam applicator  -- everything you need to get started foaming.


Each Kit 1000 includes:


  • Two Cylinders (Components A & B)
  • Anti-Crossover Foam Applicator with 15? Hose
  • Extra Nozzles (5 Conical; 5 Fan)

Includes: Chemical Resistant Gloves, Assembly Wrench, O-Ring, Petroleum Jelly

    When applying foam always consult the product MSDS, wear proper personal protective equipment as recommended by the manufacturer, ensure good ventilation during application, and make sure the building being sprayed is vacated during application and for a period of time following installation.     Touch-N-Seal products contain diisocyanate. This chemical may cause sensitization by inhalation and/or direct skin contact and can be an irritant to the eyes, nose and throat. Sensitization may become apparent through coughing, pulmonary secretions, chest pain, breathing difficulty and/or asthma. For these reasons, when using two component polyurethane spray foams we recommend following or participating in a respiratory program.

    All Touch-N-Seal® two-component polyurethane spray foams should always be used in conjunction with a certified respirator program in addition to safety glasses or goggles, nitrile gloves, and clothing that protects from skin exposure. Required respirators must be NIOSH approved and medical evaluation and training must be attained before use. I have read the DAP Safe Use, Storage, and Handling guidelines and understand the hazards and proper safety, handling, and personal protective equipment requirements associated with the use of the product.


    Return Policy


         Returns of unused, undamaged, and unopened items are accepted with prior authorization.  Depending on the situation, the shipping and handling expenses are typically the responsibility of the customer as are any return shipping and shipping cost.  Refunds will be issued in the form of credit card adjustment, by Paypal, or by check.  Once items are returned and inspected for damage, a full refund will be issued (there are no restocking fees associated with this listing).  NOTE - As is the case with any polyurethane spray foam kit, UPS typically does not accept this package from you unless you as the shipper have proper HAZMAT certification and are a registered HAZMAT shipper.  In certain cases, it may be possible for EES to issue a freight call tag to retrieve the kits, and this is handled on a case-by-case basis.
