SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped during regular business days excluding major holidays. Chaparral Motorsports' standard shipping time is 5-7 business days via Ground services. (Tires and oversized items ship via USPS, FedEx or UPS Ground). Shipping requires a street address. Shipping available to United States only. Chaparral customers will receive an email notification of the shipment along with tracking information, if available

RETURN POLICY

All returns for refund must be returned within 30 days from receipt date. Returns must be in new condition and include original product packaging.

Return freight paid by the customer. Returns older than 30 days require a return authorization from our customer service department. We are unable to exchange purchases.
