Your are bidding on a Professional Custom Fit SOFT nightguard. This custom night guard is for moderate to heavy teeth grinding & clinching.
- It is made from a flexible, rubber material. This night guard is manufactured from a single sheet of 3mm thick (before forming) FDA approved material and can be created for either your upper of lower teeth. Our Guards are all BPA and Latex free. We will ship you an impression kit, you take your impression (don't forget to send us a message which one you prefer) using the enclosed instructions and ship back to our lab. Our dentist supervised lab will do the rest. We have more than 20 years experience creating and protecting beautiful smiles. Let us help with yours today. Simple steps for your appliance:
1 We will ship you an impression kit
2 You take your impression, (Upper or Lower)
3 Send your impression back to our Lab using the enclosed address label
4 We will fabricate one guard and return to you with stone model (for future guards) and storage case.
When ordering please indicate what size impression tray you will need. Average size tray for most people is height:
5'4" and shorter --small
5'5" -5'8" Medium
5'9" and taller Large
Your kit will includes:
2 containers of putty
1 impression tray (Please let us know if you want a Upper or Lower Guard)
