Make your tow vehicle and trailer more secure by keeping them locked up tight with a CURT hitch lock and coupler lock. Like a hitch pin and clip, a hitch lock is designed to insert into the fastener hole in the side of a receiver tube in order to hold a ball mount or hitch-mounted accessory in place. While a CURT hitch pin does offer sufficient strength for keeping your ball mount firmly attached, a CURT hitch lock goes one step further. CURT hitch locks allow you to lock your ball mount into your trailer hitch, deterring theft and preventing anyone from detaching your trailer at the ball mount and towing away your property without your permission. The CURT hitch lock in this combo pack features a barbell design and comes with a 5/8" pin diameter to fit a 2" receiver tube opening. Likewise, CURT coupler locks are designed to add security to your trailer and towing equipment. Instead of merely retaining the coupler latch mechanism, they lock it into place and act as a theft deterrent for your trailer while it is coupled to your vehicle. CURT coupler locks are key-operated and come in several different styles. This coupler lock features a barbell design to keep the pin well protected from tampering. It comes with a chrome finish and offers a pin span of 7/8". All CURT coupler locks are made to fit latch-type couplers and include two keys. Free shipping listings are for the Continental USA only.
International shipments are subject to additional shipping charges.
The processing times are listed in each individual listing. We will notify you asap of any delays.
Domestic shipping is estimated between 4 and 10 business days.
We do not ship on Weekends or National Holidays. Please allow additional business days for order processing and shipping.
We cannot combine shipping of any of our items at this time. Separate tracking #'s will be provided for each package you are to receive.
We will post the tracking number and carrier directly on eBay and you will receive a notification from eBay. If you have not received the tracking number by the 4th business day, please be sure to check your spam filter before contacting us. The customer is responsible for being home or arranging delivery.
If there is any damage to the item during shipment please try to report the item to the shipper as being received damaged and deny shipment. If you receive the item damaged and are not able to inform the shipping company before they leave please contact us immediately so we may file a claim.
WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES or APO/FPO addresses. If a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address is your default eBay address your shipment might will be delayed until we receive a confirmed residential or business address.
International Customers: We will declare the full value of the item. We will not declare as a gift. The customer is responsible for all custom fees and charges. Magnum Truck Gear does take responsibility for charges caused by importing the product into the customers country.
Returns
Our return policy is straight forward and customer friendly. You can feel confident shopping with us. We will take any item back within 30 days of purchase as long as it is within the constraints of the manufacturer's warranty return policy (which we are obligated to honor) and the following conditions are met:
The item must be in original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept any item that has been installed and/or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept return items that are not in the original packaging. These are constraints set by product manufacturers and we are obligated to honor their policies on returns. Items returned in poor condition or having parts missing will not be credited. The item return label must have an RMA# supplied by us or the return will not be accepted.
Unless Magnum Truck Gear is at fault, the customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
FOR RETURNS: The cost of shipping the item to the customer will be charged on items returned without an exchange.
FOR EXCHANGES: The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs of the original item(s) and the replacement shipping costs of the replacement item(s). The replacement item(s) will not be shipped until the returned item reaches the warehouse.
