The all-in-one Covetrus Pro8 combination centrifuge is designed with an angled 8-place rotor spinning up to eight 3.0 mL-15 mL test tubes and 75 mm microhematocrit tubes. This variable-speed combination centrifuge spins blood, urine, fecal specimens, and microhematocrit. The device separates blood at 3500 RPM (1534 g-force) or can be slowed to separate other fluids at a lower g-force, such as urine and fecal specimens.

To run microhematocrit tubes, insert your 75 mm capillary tubes into the carrier, place carriers in opposing tube sleeves for a balanced load, and spin at 3,400 rpm (or higher) for 6 (+/- 1) minutes for clear separation.
