Items are shipped overnight FedEx or UPS in 1" Styrofoam insulated shipping boxes with tight fitting lids and either a heat pack or cool pack depending on local and in transit weather conditions. We pay a lot for the necessary shipping equipment to ensure the corals can make it to their destination with the best chance even if there is a delay.


Standard DOA policy.  Send images no more than 2 hours after first delivery attempt and if there is an issue I will refund or replace but the buyer pays additional shipping fees.  If DOA is due to shipping delays of the carrier I will also send replacements if available or equivalent value (with buyers approval) with buyer paying shipping fees.
