Shipping:
Orders are usually shipped the same or next business day after payment clears. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on your location. For orders over $500, a signature upon delivery may be required.

Returns:
Items are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be in the same condition as received. The serial numbers for each item are recorded in the database. If these conditions are not met, a deduction may be applied to compensate for the items diminished value.
Payment terms:
Payment is required within 4 days of auction close. Unpaid auctions will be automatically canceled after this period.
