New municipal surplus
As pictured. Almost every unit I have is still factory sealed. I did open the one for pictures. (obviously)
I deal in New Old Stock (NOS) and surplus. Everything I sell mostly likely has been handled, opened, or been sitting on a shelf in a warehouse for great lengths of time even if the listing says NEW. You can expect it to be new condition unless the listing shows otherwise (labeled as used). It may come to you dusty or dirty from sitting on that shelf. I often open packaging myself for photographs and to inspect the condition. This is necessary to prevent rusty, or broken parts from being shipped. Almost everything I have for sale is actually pictured. The pictures are a large part of the description. Please look at all of them.
If you need an overnight express shipment, PLEASE CONTACT ME FIRST! While I can usually ship the same day as you purchase, this is not always the case. Sometimes I will need to change options for shipment as well.

I only sell items I actually have in stock, yep I took those pics myself and it is sitting here waiting to be shipped.

I sometimes recycle old boxes and packing materials so long as they are in usable condition. It saves you and me money. I always use tracking numbers. ALWAYS

still ship to the address provided by EBAY or I will void the sale. If your address shows as
invalid by EBAY, I will void the sale and contact you so you know why. I do this to prevent
fraud.
