This wheel assembly was originally designed for use in a large commercial dish washing machine for a rack conveyor system.  Custom made by KMS Bearings, Inc. in Anaheim, California.

Constructed with a white food-grade plastic wheel (Acetal POM or Polypropylene PP) and 316 stainless steel balls, mounted on a 5/16” -18 UNC stainless steel bolt acting as a shaft or spindle.

This is a light weight, free-spinning wheel that is maintenance free, operates without lubrication in a wide range of environments. It is low-noise and non-contaminating for use in low to moderate speed low load applications.

Dimensions (approx.): 

Wheel:  ribbed white plastic, 2.8” diameter by 3/8” wide at the tip, 3/4” thick at the center hub.

Shaft:  5/16”-18 UNC x 2” long stainless steel bolt a with stainless steel hex nut (held in place with permanent thread-locker) and two stainless steel washers.  Approx. 5/8” thread extension for mounting. 

Weight:  approx.   3 oz.  (not packaged for shipping)
