Connecticut "Constitution State" Aluminum License Plate Good Condition! No dings, rust, and lays flat with embossed numbers and border. (see pics for condition), Good paint on the numbers but has some marks! Has fairly heavy bolt wear on all 4 bolt holes with rust stains, but no rust. Has a scratch along the right top. Still shows well for any collection and is over 3 years old!
