Returns:

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee applies on all returns to compensate the cost of packing and shipping the item/s to the customer (Contact us about the cost of the restocking fee before returning the item/s).

The item must be in its original, unused condition and must be returned in the original packaging.

We are unable to accept any item/s that has been damaged. In addition, we cannot accept returned items that are not in the original packaging. Items returned in poor condition will have an additional fee applied on top of the previous restocking fee. If the item/s are truly unusable or broken, a refund will not be credited.

All fees will be deducted from the total refund.
