• If you set the temperature in the range of 86-194°F, the water will remain at a constant temperature after reaching the regulated temperature when the unit is plugged in. If the set temperature is 212°F, the water will remain at a constant temperature after boiling when plugged in. If the set temperature is 230°F, the water will continue to heat up and boil when plugged in.
