Perfect when a product with a big resistance to the effects of the weather is required.

If diluted it gives a smooth design to the surface, if not the result will be the orange peel effect.

Uses as a protective and decorative coating for buildings facades, entrances, stairways, halls, various kinds of public places such as cinemas, cult places, shops, etc. It is suitable for both outdoor and indoor.

General data Soft consistency dough product having, after application, a velvety appearance made by an orange peel relief coat obtained passing with a roll, on which is impressed the wanted design, on the plastic before applied by spatula or by float. Applied by brush it will have a smooth appearance. It is produced in the white colour and in the ones of the folder of the Plastics colours for quantitative of at least 300 kg each colour. Besides the Plastico Fiorentino orange peel fine grain series 2430.0000 has the following characteristics:

Application modalities

  • By brush To dilute with Water at 15-20% maximum
  • By roll Do not dilute Or to dilute with water till the 5%
  • After the dilution it is applied in two coats with 24 hours of interval between the two hands
  • Do not apply on warm or directly sun-exposed walls, especially during the summer.
  • Keep and apply the product above 5°C. Do not apply with a strong wind, fog or imminent rain, either on surfaces exposed to the sun. Keep the product safe from freeze.
  • Wash the tools with water right after use. Hardened drops of the product may be removed with Nitro Thinner 9210.0012.
  • After the application with the spatula or the float, or with a brush having quite hard bristle, wait for some minutes, then work it with a rubber, or an expanded matter roll. The more the product is "wet" the more the design will look rounded, while if you work on it in a more dried stage, the relief will appear more definite and having sharper edges
