All products purchased from us at River Country are Brand New, either from our own manufacturing facility or one of our partner companies. If there is any problem with your order please contact us either by ebay messages within 30 days of receiving your order. Unlike most companies we are always here for you after the sale and will always work with you to resolve any issues. If a return or exchange is needed we will issue you a Return Merchandise (RM) number so we both can track your return and process your claim quickly and efficiently.
· Please note no returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise (RM) Number.
· It is the buyers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs on returns
· All Returns must include all original packaging, parts, accessories, owners’ manuals/instructions, etc. to be considered for a refund.
