Hat may need to be steamed to your particular preferred shape upon arrival, though this is not likely.  No inner string to tighten or make hat smaller. To make the hat smaller see a seamstress to modify if needed. Due to the way this hat sits, it offers a good variety on size ability.  Best head girth is likely 22-23 inches.
