CHANNELLOCK 1/4" DRIVE RATCHET, QUICK RELEASE, REVERSIBLE, MIRRORED CHROME

CHANNELLOCK 1/4" DRIVE RATCHET, QUICK RELEASE, REVERSIBLE, MIRRORED CHROME FINISH.  THE RATCHET HAS SOME SORT OF MATERIAL ON THE REVERSING MECHANISM.  I HAVE CHOSEN NOT TO TRY AND TAKE IT OFF.  EVERYTHING WORKS FINE - I'VE TRIED IT WITH SOCKETS.  IT ALL WORKS.  THE REVERSING MECHANISM IS SOLID AND IT WORKS.  I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT THE MATERIAL IS THAT IS ON IT.  MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS GLUE BUT I AM NOT SURE.  I'LL FLECT THE UNCERTAINTY IN THE PRICE.
